Which courier is the shipment entrusted to?

We entrust all our shipments to the best national express couriers who offer the possibility of receiving the package in 24/48 from the moment the package is collected from the warehouse: BRT, TNT, DHL, GLS.

What should I check when the courier delivers the goods to me?

We invite you to carefully check the condition of the material upon receipt of the order. Any external damage must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, adding the words " withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged " on the appropriate accompanying document and communicated within 8 days.

Can I specify a destination address other than the billing address?

Yes. During the purchase phase it is possible to enter a shipping address different from the billing address.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Major credit or debit cards. We accept all cards that rely on the Mastercard, Visa and American Express circuits.

How can I check the shipping progress of my order?

When the shipment is entrusted to the courier, we will send you an email containing the tracking code that will allow you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Can I receive the invoice?

Yes. The invoice can be requested by writing to store@foggetto.com and communicating the tax code and/or VAT number
