Returned due to anomaly

Any requests to return products by the Customer must be authorized in writing by the Supplier. Return requests must concern defective goods, goods which do not correspond to the goods ordered or goods which have been reconsidered.

Products considered non-compliant or defective may only be replaced following an examination by the Supplier. In this case, the shipping cost will be borne by the supplier.

FOGGETTI STUDIO IT & STORE reserves the right not to refund the Customer in the following cases:

  • product that is not intact or whose original packaging is missing or damaged;
  • returned not authorized in writing or which were received after the established deadlines.
  • In the event of faulty or non-compliant products or those that do not correspond to the goods ordered, it is necessary to make a return request, no later than 10 days from receipt of the order indicated on the tracking ; you will be asked to describe the damage in detail and attach photos demonstrating the extent of it, sending all the details from your reserved area on our website.

Returned for afterthought

If you don't like the product you receive, you can return it within 15 days of delivery of the order indicated on the tracking.
To start the return request you must follow the following instructions:

  • Access the CONTACTS page
  • Send a request for change indicating the order number and the words "You don't like the product"
  • Wait for the email with instructions within 48 working hours (also check Spam)
  • Make the product within 15 days of receiving the aforementioned email.

FOGGETTI STUDIO IT & STORE reserves the right not to refund in the following cases:

  • Product not intact or with original packaging missing or damaged (e.g. shoe box, dust bag, etc.);
  • Absence of order number identification code;
  • Unauthorized returns or returns that have exceeded the required deadlines.

Return method

You will be able to return the items subject to change of mind independently with your trusted courier or using our couriers. The respective return costs for reconsideration items will always be borne by the customer. If you choose our shipping service you will have to pay in advance by online payment on our platform the shipping amount and any additional costs/customs duties at least 24 hours before being picked up by the courier appointed by us. If, however, you choose your own courier and will return orders from a country not belonging to the European Union, the respective customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid in advance and not at destination.

Refund method

The refund is paid in cash by bank transfer.
